I was nominated for this cool award by Sara Letourneau back in September and most recently by Syc at The Lit Mermaid. Thank you both! I really appreciate it. 😀
Here are the rules:
- Announce your win with a post, and link to whomever presented your award.
- Post 7 interesting things about yourself.
- Present 15 awards to deserving bloggers. [The awards vary here. Syc’s post says 6.]
- Drop them a comment to tip them off after you’ve linked them in the post.
- Display the award certificate on your website.
Well, 7 more interesting facts about myself. Let’s see what I come up with.
- The number one makes me think of Scooby-doo for some reason. I’m not a fan of that cartoon.
- My first fact makes me think of The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, which I love. It’s one of my favorite cartoons. I wish I could still watch it.
- Writing about fact two makes me wonder how I should format the names of movies and TV shows on my blog. I don’t italicize them. I only italicize the titles of books. Maybe I should place quotes around them. I like things to be uniform on here.
- Ok, so that last fact has the word italicize in it and it made me wonder why that word isn’t spelt i-t-a-l-i-s-i-z-e. Fact 4: I think the English language is weird.
- I don’t know what to put here so I started looking around my room and wondering why I have so many books, which is a dumb question to ask myself.
- I have sparkly gold bed slippers on to keep my toes warm. Don’t you just hate cold fingers and toes? That’s one of the major reasons why I hate winter and cold climes.
- Climes makes me think of climbs and I’d like to go rock climbing but inside.
I nominate these bloggers:
No pressure to participate if you don’t want to. I just enjoy visiting all your blogs.
Thank you very much for including me in the list and what a cool award!! 🙂 P.S. you can never have enough books! 😉

Such is my belief. Unfortunately, there are such things as too little space. Time to expand.

I like how random your post is. BTW, I only added 6 because the person who nominated me indicated only 6 (I just copied the rules from her post). 🙂

I thought it was just two different types of the same award. It works either way.

Thanks for including me! That’s a random list of facts.. I agree the English language is definitely weird. I’m with you on the cold weather, my fingers and toes get really cold. Although I’m more of a sweater-socks kind of girl than sparkly slippers (and yet The Wizard of Oz is my favorite children’s book). There you go, more random thoughts!

You’re welcome! Inside the slippers is a thick material but I wear sweater socks and other thick socks in them to make my toes warmer.

Ooooh, I love your bed slippers! They sound like they’re so pretty. Then again, sparkly gold tends to make anything pretty. 🙂
I also can’t stand being cold at night, either. It turns me into a flannel-blanket-covered, fleece-pajama-wearing person who wishes she could hibernate until spring. Of course, the hibernating bit can’t exactly happen… *lol*
I haven’t gone indoor rock-climbing in a couple years. I went with a friend and really enjoyed it, but I can’t remember why we haven’t gone back… It’s a great overall exercise, though.

They are wonderfully cozy. I don’t know what the material is on the inside but it’s similar to those thick, fluffy, colorful socks people wear in winter. I got them at Hallmark, of all places.
Same here when it gets cold. I wrap up in bed, usually, and refuse to go anywhere.
So I’ve heard of rock climbing. I think I’ll love it. It’s weird that I like such activities but I don’t like to exercise regularly.
